Troop 103 was chartered on January 12, 1995 to the Rotary Club of Warm Springs with five scouts. The initial adult leaders were Dr. Robert Dubro, COR; Allen Shroyer, SM; Jack Enright, ASM; Mike Dubro, ASM; Sharon Scripillitti, CC. The first troop camp out was in late March of 1995 at Chesebrough Scout Reservation in the Santa Cruz Mountians.
